What we collect

We collect only what you enter on this website's forms:

  • Request Audit form: name, company, role, email, framework of interest, systems you run, and any message you include.
  • Mobile Alerts form, or texting START to +1 (888) 834-3499: your mobile number, the name you give (optional), and a record of your consent (date, time, method, and the consent wording you agreed to).

How it is used

Request Audit submissions are delivered to website@intellisolve.io and used only to respond to your request. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile numbers collected for Mobile Alerts are used only to send the support texts you opted into (support incident updates and customer acknowledgments), to handle HELP and STOP requests, and to keep a record of your consent. Message frequency varies, up to 2 messages per support incident. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except Twilio, which sends the messages for us.

Cookies, analytics, and third parties

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising tools, and it makes no requests to third-party services when you visit. Twilio delivers our text messages; it is not used when you browse the site.

Please do not submit PII you do not need to

The Request Audit form is for initial contact only. Do not upload driver, employee, or customer personal information, load data, bid documents, or other sensitive operational records through the public website. Anything of that kind is handled through direct, secure channels once an engagement begins.

Internal staff tools (Google Docs add-on)

Intellisolve publishes an internal Google Docs add-on for Intellisolve LLC staff with intellisolve.io Google accounts. It is published privately to the intellisolve.io domain only. It is not offered to the public or to clients.

Data handling

The add-on does not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal data. It has no external servers, no analytics, and no third-party sharing. All processing happens inside Google Apps Script in the user's Google account. It makes no AI or model calls.

What the add-on does

The add-on adds a formatting menu item to Google Docs. It runs only when a user clicks it, and it only changes the Doc that is open. It applies Intellisolve brand styling: fonts, colors, a header with the Intellisolve logo and Doc title, a Document Overview box, and a footer line.

Google OAuth scopes

The add-on uses these Google OAuth scopes:

  • documents.currentonly — to edit the open Doc.
  • drive.readonly — to read the Intellisolve logo image and to check which folder the Doc is in, so it can refuse to run on executed legal documents.
  • script.container.ui — to show the menu and dialogs.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The add-on complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
